IPhone X shutdown, iPhone 8 and iPhone 7 prices falling

Yes, you read that right. After being around for a year, Apple shelved the iPhone X. It is no longer available for purchase and has been replaced by the new iPhone Xs.

The iPhone X was a standout device because it introduced the world to the notch and FaceID. We had heard rumors that Apple would discontinue the device once the new one came out, and it turned out to be the case. If you go to Apple’s website, you will see the new iPhone Xs / Xs Max, iPhone Xr, iPhone 8/8 Plus, and iPhone 7/7 Plus. This is Apple’s current iPhone lineup.

IPhone 8 and iPhone 7 prices falling

As is the case every year, the prices of the older generation iPhone have been reduced by Apple. If you are planning to buy the iPhone 7/7 Plus or the iPhone 8 / 8Plus, you’ll be happy to hear that these phones have gotten cheaper.

As of today, the unlocked iPhone 7 will set you back $ 449 and the iPhone 7 Plus will cost $ 569. That’s for the base variant, which comes with 32GB of internal storage. The iPhone 8 is now priced at $ 599, while the iPhone 8 Plus will set you back $ 699. Again, this is the base variant with 64GB of storage.

So there you have it, if you are planning to buy the iPhone 8 or the iPhone 8 Plus, or even the iPhone 7 series, then you can get them for less now. It is also possible that some offline stores will sell the iPhone X at reduced prices. It’s still a great phone, and if you get it for a much cheaper price, it’ll be worth it.
